Projects

Since 2015, Richard J. Driscoll, Consulting Engineer (RJDCE) has completed a diverse variety of engagements in connection with residential, commercial and institutional buildings, water, wastewater and transportation infrastructure, construction claims and performance failures. Every project is unique. Rather than take a one-size-fits-all approach, RJDCE each approaches each engagement individually with the recognition that the objectives, constraints and stakeholder risk profiles vary from one project to the next.
